When you place an order with HYD For Men you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You may also email info@hydformen.com to reach a customer care representative to check the status of your order.

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.hydformen.com, simply return the product(s) and order number to us within 15 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. Returns must contain at least 50% of original contents. Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set .We apologize, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail outlet other than www.hydformen.com must be returned at that point of purchase.

Please allow 10-12 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.

We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and trackable delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at info@hydformen.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
